Carolina Wings & Rib House is an innovative Theme Restaurant specializing in Chicken Wings, Ribs, Seafood, Steaks and Beer. In May of 1996 the first Carolina Wings opened its doors and the response was astounding. The neighborhood communities quickly flocked to this small local wing joint. Not only did they rave about the wings and ribs, the energy in the restaurant was emotionally invigorating. Then the founder, Rob Schoolmeester, added kids video games and large TV's to the restaurant. Now the whole family could enjoy the great food, service and atmosphere.

Today Carolina Wings is a fun, casual environment with up-to-date high definition televisions and electronic video equipment surrounding the restaurant. The customer has the ability to enjoy family or small office parties, or dine comfortably with their family. The fun and energetic atmosphere creates a great little neighborhood niche where we see some of our regular guests a couple times a week.

Carolina Wings menu has over 20 different wing sauces to choose from, a large variety of appetizers from Grouper Bites and Hot Loaded Oysters to Nachos and Chicken Quesadillas. The fresh cut Wing-Chips are the best. There are entrée salads, 8oz. Burgers, great hot and cold Sandwiches, fried and steamed Seafood, Low-Country Boils, Steaks, Oysters by the peck, served on the half shell or steamed, and our famous Baby-back Ribs which have been cooked over twelve hours and finished with one of our 6 signature BBQ sauces and rubs. This is to name just of a few. It is a menu for everyone. The Take-out menu offers our signature menu items as well as bulk purchases for large in-home, office, or tailgating parties. The take-out sales usually account for 12% to 15% of the total food sales weekly.
